Jerrys replaced my daughters starter on car in September. This week her starter went out. We took it to the BMW dealer where we live and they worked with Jerry’s on replacing it, due to it being under the parts warranty. Picked up her car and the service manager told me he was very impressed with Jerry’s he said it was very unusual to have a warranty offered that payed for a new part and all most all the labor my bill was minimal. He also said he had a mechanic that was saying his son goes WSU and Jerry’s definitely will be where he will be sending his son while he’s in Pullman. Thank you Jerry’s for standing behind your work and being so easy to deal with! When you have impressed a service department at a dealership I think that says a lot about your business. -Heather D.
